Menopause Awareness
An awareness session aimed at initiating discussions about menopause in the workplace. This session covers an understanding of both perimenopause and the menopause, including their associated physical, emotional, and psychological symptoms. It emphasises recognising the potential impact of these symptoms and offers practical solutions to address them effectively within the workplace setting. This session can be followed by talk for 10 sessions for additional individual support.
Tailored Training for Managers
This session is tailored to meet the needs of your Managers and Organisation, specifically including how menopause symptoms can affect individuals in the workplace, addressing the initiation of menopause-related conversations, making reasonable workplace adjustments and exploring related legislation.
Men only tailored
Designed for men to be able to comfortably engage in open discussions about menopause in a relaxed and safe space. The aim is to address menopause-related topics that might impact personal and professional relationships, fostering understanding and support for individuals experiencing menopause and creating a supportive atmosphere for discussion and learning.
Talk for ten sessions
Talk for 10 sessions offers attendees the opportunity to have private 1:1 discussions with the Trainer/Coach about a personal topic of their choice. Each session is set for a duration of 10 minutes. Depending on the depth of conversation, individuals may need to reserve multiple 10-minute slots to accommodate a longer discussion.

Exploring best practices and introducing a choice between a separate Menopause guidance document or Menopause policy.
Menopause Plan – Coaching/Mentoring
A 7-week personalised coaching plan created by Women of a Certain Stage. Looking at the essential lifestyle pillars that will facilitate gradual enhancements to your overall wellbeing. The approach utilised in this plan combines coaching and mentoring techniques tailored to meet the individual needs and specific requirements of each client.
Tailored Training
Covering specific areas of interest following an in-depth discussion on existing menopause knowledge and business goals.
We have recently worked with Jo Pontikos to begin our work around the Menopause conversation in the workplace.
Jo worked closely with us to identify our need and how best to approach and structure the discussion for our teams.
Jo attended an initial meeting with our Head of Departments to introduce the conversation and to enable openness and understanding at a leadership level. This was followed by open group sessions for all staff to attend with the opportunity for 121 time with Jo.
The sessions were received very positively with an appreciation of the willingness and openness to learn and understand the challenges faced by many. Jo’s style is always warm, open, understanding and supportive and she would encourage a relaxed environment where participants felt comfortable to share their own experiences and challenges.
For us this is the start of the conversation, and we hope to continue this work on an ongoing basis to further support our teams.
